Shipping Policy

We use UPS Ground and United States Post Office (USPS) to ship most of our orders. We will use USPS to ship to PO Boxes. USPS and UPS for Alaska and Hawaii.

Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, enter the zip code of your shipping address on the shopping cart page, and our cost calculator will display the cost for each of the services listed above. JUST IN CASE SURVIVAL ships most orders within 1-2 business days from the date received (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders (48 states) are received by our customers within 7 business days from the date we ship the order.
Often we ship the Emergency Survival products within 1-2 days. However, due to current world events, these products are in extremely high demand. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship your order. Of course, if there are any significant delays we will notify you by email or phone. We appreciate your patience while we fill your order as efficiently as possible.
