Fire Blanket with Case

Use this Fire Blanket to smother and contain small fires or wrap and extinguish someone whose clothes have caught fire.

When extinguishing a small fire, make sure the fire is smaller than the 3' x 3' blanket. Hold in front and away from you, with your hands tucked in on the opposite side of the fire. Place blanket over the fire to smother it. Once the fire is out, leave the blanket over the extinguished area for half an hour. This will allow the material to cool off and prevent you from burning yourself.
