Perfect for emergency preparedness - these 9 ounce meals are totally self-contained. Easy to use, the box acts as its own oven and heats up to 195º F within seconds. This innovative product has a 5 year shelf life, requires no refrigeration and contains no preservatives.

Available in 6 flavors: Chicken Cacciatore, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Vegetable Lasagna, Chicken Pasta Parmesan, Beef Stroganoff with Noodles and Beef Stew

Directions:

1. Carefully open box along perforated line on end of the oven box. Remove all contents.

2. Open water pouch at one end, lift meal tub from white tray. Pour all water on heating pad. Replace meal tub face down on heating pad.

3. Insert meal tub and tray back into oven box and close oven box with tab. Within minutes steam will generate. Wait 5 to 8 minutes depending on outside temperature or your own temperature preference. Carefully remove tray with meal tub from oven box and tear back lid on meal tub.

4. Stir and eat.
